How it works
Joining PUBlish is free. The setup and the articles are the paid service. Here is what happens, in order.
| Step | What happens | Who does it | Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | You send us your website address, your logo, and two or three lines about what you do. If you already have brochures, price lists or old articles, send them too. We take the rest from your website. | You | 10 minutes |
| 2 | We create your company page on PUBlish, fill it in (overview, what you do, where, since when, services, team, questions and answers), add your images, link your website and social profiles, and get the verified tick. | Us | 2 to 3 working days |
| 3 | We send you a list of article questions: the questions your customers type into Google and AI. You tick the ones you want, add your own, or tell us to go ahead. | Us, then you | 1 day |
| 4 | We write and publish the articles on a schedule, usually one a day or one every other day. Each one answers a question, has images, a questions and answers block and links to your website. AI written pieces are labelled as such, as the platform requires. | Us | 10 articles in about 2 weeks |
| 5 | AI engines crawl the pages within 24 to 72 hours. The first citations usually show in 2 to 6 weeks. You can see crawls and citations per engine on your PUBlish page at any time. | Google and AI | Weeks, then ongoing |
What is on the page, technically
You do not have to think about this part, but it is what makes the difference. Every page and article carries the structured data AI engines read (organisation, person, article and questions and answers schema), a canonical link to your verified website, an entry in the sitemap and in the AI crawler manifest, and permission for the AI crawlers of ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google to read it. Written text follows the same rules: the question in the heading, the answer first, dated facts and named sources, specific to your trade and your town.
What we need from you
- Your website address and the social profiles you use.
- Your logo and a few photos (showroom, team, work). Phone photos are fine.
- Two or three lines about the business in your own words, and the towns or regions you serve.
- Any question a customer asked you this month. Those make the best articles.
